A membership with the Memphis Area Home Builders Association is really three memberships in one!
When you join the MAHBA, not only do you enjoy the benefits of our local association, but you also receive the benefits of the Home Builders Association of Tennessee (HBAT, our state association) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB, our national association).
The HBAT is comprised of 18 other local Home Builder Associations from across the state. They unite as our state association to share information, initiate programs and act as the legislative watchdog for the Tennessee Housing Industry.
